Questions & Answers

I just visited the hotel and had lunch. I do not believe in ghosts so I was not interested.

Yes it is haunted and the view from the hotel is worth the price

Only ADA certified service dogs permitted. Sarah Moser, General Manager

Asylum is a great old time atmosphere not to mention the amazing food! Definitely have to make a stop, even if it's to just see the restaurant!

The Asylum is the name of the restaurant, a separate business inside the Jerome Grand Hotel. Many think that, because of the name "Asylum", the old hospital was either a mental hospital or one strictly for TB, which is not the case. The former United Verde Hospital #4, the official name of what is now the Jerome Grand Hotel, was simply a standard surgical hospital, offering whatever medical care was sought.

Yes it is , I saw ghosts in my room. Many many ghost , plus my tooth paste was taken during the nite ....do ghost need toothpaste ?

Only certified service dogs no to family pets.

Yes but the ghost tour is not in the hotel it's in the town and I saw more on my own versus the tour we were there 2 day's and saw a lot the Gold King mine is great little ghost town to see and while in Jerome get parking early and walk if you can parking fills up quick and after people park they stay until everything closes.

Room 32 is one of our popular standard balcony rooms Valley side, facing out over Jerome and the Verde Valley. This room has a single queen size bed and private balcony for a maximum occupancy of two guests. Nightly room rate is $230 plus the tax. We offer a 10% savings Sunday through Thursday to all travel clubs such as AAA and AARP. That same 10% savings is extended 7 days a week to all military, First Responders and government employees. We do have two standard Garden rooms in the building that are on the third floor. Like the balcony rooms, the garden rooms each have a single queen size bed but they also have a small sitting area in addition to a private sunporch. The rate for the garden rooms are the same as the balcony rooms Valley side, $230 plus the tax per night with a maximum occupancy of two adults. We have one Garden Room that is valleyside. The other Garden Room has both valley & mountain views

No pool, but the view of the moonrise makes a splash.
